At Natália Rech Yoga & Wellbeing, many of the products available through our NR Yoga Shop are made to order specifically after you place your order. Made-to-Order Products Because products may be produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or selected the wrong colour. However, this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase under applicable law. For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights may include a right of withdrawal for certain online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions. Certain made-to-order or clearly personalised goods may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include: - Your order number - A description of the issue - Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law. Incorrect Size or Colour Please carefully check the size guide, product information and colour selection before placing your order. We are generally unable to offer returns or exchanges solely because an incorrect size or colour was selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law. Refunds Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. The timing for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
