After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, technical errors, incorrect pricing or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. 4. Prices and Payment Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process where applicable. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is sent for production. 5. Production and Fulfilment Products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment providers, including Printify, Printful or other providers used by NR Yoga Shop. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment provider. 6. Shipping Shipping information, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays or customs procedures. 7. Returns and Refunds Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the applicable return and refund procedures. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable EU or Dutch law. 8. Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or another legally applicable solution. EU consumer rules provide legal protection for faulty or non-conforming goods, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee. 9.
